This museum is dedicated to the brilliant painter, and its objective is to make the figure of El Greco more understandable, as well as his work and personality within the city of Toledo at the beginning of the 17th century.
A sample of his works is exhibited, among which are a complete Apostolate, his famous Vista and Plano de Toledo, as well as several male portraits.
It can be visited from Tuesday to Sunday. From March 1 to October 31: 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. from Tuesday to Saturday. And from November 1 to February 28: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Tuesday to Saturday, Sunday and holidays all year: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
It will be closed on January 1 and 6, May 1, December 24, 25 and 31, local holiday. While it can be visited for free on Saturday from 2:00 p.m. and Sundays. November 16, May 18, October 12 and December 6.
